  • Health Assessment ($)

A free Health Assessment is available to you via our NEW Life Advisor Well-being portal, provided by Ulliance. We want you to have the information you need to get and stay healthy, so you can enjoy your life to the fullest. The Health Assessment considers aspects of your health, illnesses you've had and any other lifestyle issues. When you have this knowledge, you have more control and can start making simple changes to improve your health.

After you've completed the Health Assessment, you will immediately receive a personal profile report that provides you with the top risk factors that you need to focus on. Share your results with a loved one and take a look at your risks together, then tell them one behavior you will change today. It's great to have someone cheering you on!

Remember, this is a free and completely confidential program. No individual health information is shared with WSU, WSU Human Resources or your supervisor. Please answer as many questions as possible to get the most out of your Health Assessment. Log in to the Life Advisor Well-being portal to complete your Health Assessment.
