We are pleased to bring you a weekly guided meditation session provided by our wellbeing coordinator Travis Van Dyke! Every Wednesday at noon, Travis will take all participants on the call through a 10 to 15-minute guided meditation session. This is meant to be a relaxing experience to help participants decompress and de-stress in the middle of the week. All participants will be muted and there is no need for cameras to be on. Just find a quiet place, plug your headphones in, and listen.
