Earn Incentives

Earn incentives in your paycheck! To earn cash incentives, you must complete the following:


2017 Enrollment Incentive (Incentive 1):  $75

  • Must be enrolled in the Wellness Warriors Program by completing both the HRA and Biometric Screening prior to Oct 5, 2016. Enrollment into the program ends after October 5, 2016, because 2017 enrollment starts mid-October.
  • Must complete online HRA
  • Must complete biometric health screening
  • This incentive will be applied to your paycheck after both parts are completed
  • Wellness Warriors who qualify will receive an email when the incentive will be paid. There is no set date.
  • You must be on the payroll as an active WSU subsidized benefits-eligible employee at the time of the incentive payout to receive the incentive.


2017 Mid Year Incentive (January - June activities) (Incentive 2): $50

  • Must be enrolled in the Wellness Warriors Program by completing both the HRA and Biometric Screening prior to April 1, 2017. If you enroll in the program after March 31st you are not eligible to receive the 2017 Mid Year Incentive. 
  • Must complete 2 Wellness Coaching Sessions with your Ulliance Wellness Coach between January 1 and June 30, 2017. (Click here for coaching details).
  • This incentive will be applied to your paycheck once the eligibility report is received from Ulliance.  NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED OTHER THAN IF YOU COMPLETED YOUR TWO (2) COACHING CALLS.
  • You must be on the payroll as an active WSU subsidized benefits-eligible employee at the time of the incentive payout to receive the incentive.


2017 End of Year Incentive (July - December activities) (Incentive 3): $50

  • Must be enrolled in the Wellness Warriors Program by completing both the HRA and Biometric Screening prior to October 5, 2017. If you enroll in the program after October 5, 2017, you are not eligible to receive the 2017 End of Year Incentive.
  • Must complete 2 Wellness Coaching Sessions with your Ulliance Wellness Coach between July 1 and December 31  (Click here for coaching details).
  • You must be on the payroll as an active WSU subsidized benefits-eligible employee at the time of the incentive payout to receive the incentive
  • This incentive will be applied to your paycheck once the eligibility report is received from Ulliance.  NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED OTHER THAN IF YOU COMPLETED YOUR TWO (2) COACHING CALLS.


2017 Health Maintenance Incentive (End of 2017 Program Year)(Incentive 4): $75

  • Must have participated in the Annual 2017 (10/1/16 - 12/11/16) and 2018 (TBD) Open Enrollment Screenings in order to receive the 2017 Health Maintenance Incentive.
  • If your 2018 Enrollment Wellness Score (your HRA score) is equal to or better than your 2017 Enrollment Wellness Score (your HRA score), you will receive this incentive after 2018 enrollment.
  • You must be on the payroll as an active WSU subsidized benefits-eligible employee at the time of the incentive payout to receive the incentive.
  • There is a grace window of negative 3 points. For example, if your 2018 Enrollment Wellness Score is 90 and your 2017 Enrollment Wellness Score is 93, you will earn the incentive.
  • This incentive will be applied to your paycheck once the eligibility report is received from Ulliance.  NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED OTHER THAN IF YOUR SCORE IMPROVED.  WSU AND WELLNESS WARRIORS IS NOT GIVEN YOUR SCORE.
     

*Please note: if your employment with the university ends or is reduced to a non-benefits-eligible position, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Wellness Warriors program.
